Charters & helicopter: 50% cancellation fee inside 7 days; 100% inside 48 hours.
4. Weather & operator cancellations
Boat tours, kayaking, scuba, sailing and helicopter flights are weather-dependent. If we cancel due to weather or any safety reason, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
5. Pricing & currency
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices listed in non-euro currencies on third-party platforms are estimates; the binding price is the one in your written confirmation.
6. Health, safety & accessibility
You must inform us at booking of any medical condition, mobility limitation, pregnancy, or allergy that could affect your tour. Some experiences (volcano hike, kayak, helicopter) have minimum age and fitness requirements — we will tell you in writing before confirming.
7. Liability
Marinakis Tours is a Greek-licensed tour operator (M.H.T.E.). For experiences operated directly by us, liability is governed by Greek tourism law. For experiences delivered by partner operators, we act as a licensed agent — each operator carries its own insurance as required by EU and Greek law. Our maximum liability never exceeds the price you paid for the experience.
8. Personal data
See our Privacy Policy and GDPR notice for how we handle your personal data.
9. Disputes & governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the courts of Santorini, Greece. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
