2. What we collect

  • Booking details: name, email, phone, preferred date, group size, accommodation pickup point.
  • Payment data: processed by Piraeus Bank (transfers) or PayPal (card payments). We do not store card numbers.
  • Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages, voice calls related to your booking.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (anonymous analytics only).

3. Why we collect it

  • To confirm and operate your booking (legal basis: contract).
  • To respond to inquiries (legal basis: legitimate interest).
  • To comply with Greek tax and tourism-licensing law (legal basis: legal obligation).
  • To improve our website (legal basis: consent — you can opt out of analytics).

4. Who we share it with

Only with the third-party providers needed to deliver your tour — boat operators, drivers, wineries, helicopter charter — and only the minimum data needed (your name, headcount, pickup time). We never sell your data. Payment processors (Piraeus Bank, PayPal) handle their own data under their own privacy policies.

5. How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for 5 years to comply with Greek tax law. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Inquiry emails are deleted after 24 months.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email marinakistours@yahoo.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies for navigation and a small first-party analytics cookie. We do not use advertising trackers, Facebook Pixel, or third-party retargeting cookies.
