Your eight rights, plain-English

  1. To be informed — what data we hold and why. See our Privacy Policy.
  2. Of access — ask for a copy of all the personal data we hold on you. We respond within 30 days.
  3. To rectification — fix any data that's wrong or incomplete.
  4. To erasure ("right to be forgotten") — ask us to delete your data, subject to our 5-year tax-law retention duty.
  5. To restrict processing — pause our use of your data while a question is resolved.
  6. To data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

How to exercise a right

Send an email to marinakistours@yahoo.gr from the address you used to book. Include the right you're exercising, your booking number if any, and a copy of an ID document so we can verify it's really you. We respond within 30 calendar days, free of charge.

Lodging a complaint

You can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or to the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.

International transfers

Your data is processed inside the EU/EEA. The only exception is PayPal, which may transfer data to the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
